Standard Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Returns requested after 30 days may be eligible for store credit or exchange, depending on the circumstances and the condition of the item.

How to Initiate a Return

Log in to Your Account:
Visit the My Account page and sign in using the email address used at checkout.

Select Your Order:
Go to the Orders section, choose the order containing the item(s) you’d like to return, and click Request Return.

Submit Return Details:
Select the items to return, choose a reason, and include any relevant notes.

Receive Instructions:
If your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for your financial institution to process the transaction.

Applicable taxes will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

If your return does not meet the return eligibility criteria, we will contact you to discuss available options.

Third-Party Vendor Products:
Please note that some products available on our website are fulfilled and shipped by independent third-party vendors. In these cases, Full Blast USA is unable to process returns or refunds directly. Customers must follow the return policies established by the respective vendors.
