How to Return a Product Purchased on Full Blast USA

FULL BLAST USA PRODUCTS
If the product was sold and shipped directly by Full Blast USA, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and include all accessories. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defective product from Full Blast USA.

VENDOR PARTNER PRODUCTS
If your order was fulfilled by a Vendor Partner, returns and exchanges are handled directly by the seller.  To initiate a return, log into your Full Blast USA account, find your order in the order history, and contact the Vendor Partner. Each Vendor Partner sets their own return policy, including eligibility, timeframes, and conditions such as requiring items to be unused or unopened.  We are happy to assist you in identifying the vendor and connecting you with the appropriate contact or return instructions.

The Vendor Partner’s name appears on the product page and in your order confirmation email. You can  also find this information in your Full Blast USA account.

What if my Vendor Partner doesn’t respond to my return request?
If you do not receive a response within three business days, contact Full Blast USA Customer Support at support@fullblastusa.com for assistance.

Can I return a product if I simply change my mind?
Return eligibility depends on the Vendor Partner’s policy. Some accept returns for any reason within a specific timeframe, while others do not. Check the product listing or contact the Vendor Partner directly for details.

Who pays for return shipping?
Typically, buyers pay return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, or if the Vendor Partner’s policy states otherwise.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or not as described?
Contact the Vendor Partner immediately through your Full Blast USA account. If you cannot resolve the issue, contact Full Blast USA Customer Support for help.

Can I combine returns from multiple Vendor Partners in one shipment?
No. Since each Vendor Partner manages their own returns, you must return items separately to each seller. Do not send returns to Full Blast USA unless the product was sold and fulfilled directly by us.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refund times vary by Vendor Partner, but most process or contact you regarding refunds within 5 to 10 business days after receiving the returned item. If there are delays, contact the Vendor Partner first and only reach out to Full Blast USA Support if Vendor Partner is not responding.
